How Scoring Works

Each checked item = 1 point.

• CLL (0–6): Capital leverage load
• ADR (0–6): Authority diffusion (missing controls)
• GLI (0–5): Governance lag (growth outpacing governance)

Exposure Status thresholds:

• Below Threshold = (CLL < 2 OR ADR < 2) AND GLI < 3
• Structural Exposure Condition Present = (CLL ≥ 2 AND ADR ≥ 2) OR GLI ≥ 3
• Control Instability Zone = CLL ≥ 4 AND ADR ≥ 3
