Reverse engineering, replication, derivative modeling, structural imitation, sublicensing, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Use of BlackGuard™ OS frameworks, structures, or derivative concepts for the purpose of replicating, simulating, or deploying governance systems outside of a licensed engagement is prohibited.
Unauthorized deployment constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may be subject to enforcement.
Users agree not to use knowledge derived from BlackGuard™ OS to circumvent, bypass, replicate, or commercially exploit the system or its underlying structures without a valid license.
BlackGuard™ OS does not guarantee financial performance, regulatory outcomes, institutional success, or risk elimination.
The presence of governance structure does not eliminate risk, prevent loss, or ensure preservation of ownership or control.
Structural integrity depends on implementation, adherence, and external conditions beyond the control of BlackGuard LLC.
Users agree not to:
Use the website or materials for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure
Interfere with website security or functionality
Use automated scraping, extraction, or replication tools
Copy, mirror, or structurally imitate system architecture
Represent themselves as authorized deployers of BlackGuard™ OS without written permission
Record, reproduce, distribute, or retransmit any session, in whole or in part, without prior written permission
Unauthorized use may result in revocation of access and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Access to certain sessions, including private or advanced briefings, is restricted and may be granted, withheld, or revoked at the sole discretion of BlackGuard LLC.
Participation in one session does not guarantee access to any subsequent session, service, or license.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackGuard LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Financial or regulatory losses
Business interruption or data loss
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability, if any, is limited to amounts paid under the applicable written license agreement within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlackGuard LLC and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
Misuse of the system
Unauthorized modification
Misrepresentation of authority
Non-compliant deployment of the framework
This website collects only standard technical logs necessary for operation.
No governance data is processed through this website. Data handling during licensed deployments is governed by separate written agreement.
Website infrastructure and hosting-level data practices may be governed by third-party service providers.
All content on this website — including text, doctrine language, visual marks, logos, trade names, frameworks, models, and system terminology — is protected by intellectual property law.
