The $7,500 fee applies to the standard scope above. Every engagement remains subject to fit, purchasing authority, evidence-access authority, conflict, evidence and IP-boundary screening and a written agreement. Implementation is not included in the assessment.

Upon full payment, you own the client-specific results and agreed final deliverables. You decide whether to keep the assessment private, share selected portions, or disclose it in full. BlackGuard does not identify the client or disclose the assessment without authorization except where legally required. The underlying frameworks, methodology, analytical IP and BlackGuard™ OS mechanics remain protected.
