Initial inquiry

Start with the institutional problem.

Submitting an inquiry does not create an engagement. BlackGuard screens matters for scope, fit, conflicts, evidence availability, purchasing authority and analytical independence before accepting work.

Good fit

What makes an inquiry actionable?

  • A defined governance or authority problem
  • A responsible decision-maker, board, sponsor or authorized stakeholder
  • A clear reason the issue matters now
  • Enough available evidence to support useful analysis
  • Acceptance of evidence, confidentiality and IP boundaries
Do not send confidential files through this initial form. If the inquiry is accepted for further review, a controlled evidence-intake process can be established.

The standard BlackGuard™ Authority & Control Diagnostic is a $7,500 fixed-fee engagement for the published standard scope.

Your inquiry is transmitted through BlackGuard's Namecheap-hosted website to info@blackguardgovernance.space. Do not submit confidential records or attachments through this initial form.

1. Initial screen

BlackGuard reviews fit, authority, urgency, conflicts and whether the question can be bounded.

2. Discovery

If appropriate, a short discovery conversation determines whether a defined engagement can be proposed.

3. Written scope

No client engagement exists until scope, deliverables, payment, confidentiality and IP terms are documented in writing.
